2. Place your thumb onto the upper part of the ProClip. Push firmly forward on the ProClip so the angled edge on the upper part of the ProClip snaps/hooks around the panel edge surrounding the information window. Press down on top of the ProClip with your finger to make sure the angled edge is properly hooked around the panel edge, and for best possible attachment of the adhesive tape.
